Agreement
By downloading or using Sleep Recorder, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's terms control where required.
Personal use
Sleep Recorder is licensed for lawful personal use. You are responsible for following recording, privacy, consent, employment, tenancy, and surveillance laws that apply where you use the app. Do not use it to record people when you lack the required consent or authority.
Not medical advice
Sleep Recorder does not measure sleep quality and is not a medical device. Sound detections and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong and must not be used to diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent a medical condition. Seek qualified medical advice if you are concerned about sleep, breathing, or health.
Free and Premium
The first completed night is fully unlocked. The continuing Free tier includes overnight recording, a limited selection of clips per night, on-device suggestions, manual review, basic trends, and seven-day diary retention. Premium unlocks all clips, longer retention choices, notes, context tags, deeper comparisons, and private share summaries.
Purchases
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The annual introductory trial, when shown and available to you, converts to the displayed annual price unless cancelled before it ends. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices, eligibility, billing, refunds, and taxes are handled by Apple and may vary by storefront.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings and restore eligible purchases from inside Sleep Recorder.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while preserving applicable purchase rights and legal obligations. We do not guarantee that every device, OS version, recording environment, or sound type will produce usable clips or suggestions.
